| I am hoping this little treat helps someone. I know it's satisfied my sweet tooth on many occassions when the family was eating dessert. I take one vanilla Atkins shake (which has one net carb) and pour it into a glass of iced diet Barq's rootbeer. It's like a delicious rootbeer float. It also fills my belly so I feel like I had a goodie, too. I never ate a lot of food - all of my weight was directly from sweets. So this has saved me. |
