Joining the Diet Club

Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm trying to lose weight too! More get toned than actual weight loss, but I'm on the verge of being overweight by my BMI, none of my clothes fit and I'm not happy. I've been trying the "eating a little all day" combined with the "eat only fresh, non-processed foods" and "move as much as I can" diets. I've been lurking for a while and it's nice to see others are dealing with the same thing with support and cheer! Can I join your club? :)

You know you are more than welcome to jump right in. We are not a clique IMHO. We are here to help each other as we all are dealing with this as a lifelong problem. Welcome. Patti :-)

Hi Silversword - or - WELCOME!
I'm needing to lose my last 10-15 pounds (my body will let me know how much....) but it's hard. We are all on a get healthier journey together and moral support in many areas since our mental health affects our physical health. Please c'mon over and join our merry gang - we'd love to have ya!
There's only winners in our group - many hands to hold and shoulders to lean on - back and forth. Looking forward to getting to know you better!
