So I found these noodles called Orchid Shirataki Noodles. They are only 40 calories for an ENTIRE pack, 20 calories for a serving. They are definitely the most amazing diet product I have ever seen. Filling, tasty and extremely low cal. Who could ask for anything more?!?!

These are also known as Yam noodles and are very low in carb. Enjoy!

I have never heard of them and wouldn't mind trying some. Did you find them in a specialty store, a health food store or the regular grocery store?

The link below provides some preparation ideas for these. They can be purchased in the Asian foods section of the grocery store or at an Asian specialty foods store. There's also a picture of the noodle package on the link.
