weight loss with Doctor Oz

Doctor Oz seems to be the rage.Has anyone tried his diet?
Been watching his show and have learned a lot about food & the body. Just haven't made myself get started on this particular way of eating. Need to do something as I'm 66 & 183# on a 5'1" body...Ooooooo,hurts to even admit that! |
