I don't see a particular plan when I go to eDiet.com. Did you mean "ediets.com"?

I did submit a profile out of curiosity at ediets.com. As far as I could tell, they were basically hawking information. Most of us (though not all) have all the information on dieting we need. I'm 58 and am somewhat of an expert on dieting but I am very obese. I need the motivation. I don't think a newsletter (that they offer) is going to do it for me but maybe others differ with me on this.
