dieting but not losing

I have been doing South Beach & so far no weight loss. I did phase 2 first for a couple of weeks but when I went to the Dr she approved phase 1 so been doing that almost 6 days now.. no loss. I have been doing exercizes every other day also. I don't mind giving up some things but sure would like to see the numbers go down :(

I am not sure why you would have started with Phase II of SBD. You should stick to Phase I for two to three weeks and slowly start onto Phase II. You will lose weight just stick with it. Not everyone loses at the same rate. Check your clothing too as the scale is not the only indicator of weight changes. Hang in there. I also suggest visiting the SBD website. Lots of good info and support there from people on the diet. Good luck.
