Weekly Weigh-In 10/25/10

I'm at 136.... boo. All that weekend cupcake eating must have caught up to me. I forget what I wrote last week but I'm suspecting it's the same. Will have to go over to the other thread to check.

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

That's what I suspected.... 136 last week too. No loss.

145/136/125 - Weight this week
145/0/125 - loss this weeek
145/9/125 - total loss so far

Well, I weighed this morning and have stayed the same.

Well, that is better than gaining like I did awhile ago.

My original hopes were to get down to 150 and then to 145 so that I would have 5 pound wiggle room. However, I would like to lose a bit more. If I wasn't paticipating in this group. I'm sure I would be gaining a lot of it back

Start/ Current/Goal
192 148 145

If I make it to 145, I think I will reset my goal to 140

Thanks, silversword, for starting this posting each week.

Sorry we're in the same boat Iva, but at least the company is good! (and we fit in such a small space better :)

I've decided to be happy about it. Stepped on last night and weighed 135 (at night, with clothes and tennis shoes on.... you all know what that means!!!) This morning was 135/136 (I'm starting to think my scale is broken, the weight is kind of jumpy). But I'm happy, continuing the process.

Yesterday I was really tempted, we went out for take out at work. I heated up my miso broth and ate that before starting on my high calorie lunch and ended up eating reasonable portions and only a tiny bit of dessert. I felt really good because I got to eat what I wanted, but because I wasn't *starving* before I started, it was just small portions.

Keep up the good work!!

You guys are doing SO well!

I wish I was brave enough to post my weight but I'm not.

You are a big inspiration to me though!

Keep up with the plan!

Siversword, no DOUBT that scale of yours is broken what with all that jumping on and off you do, Ha Ha! Don't make me come over there and hide it from you, now!

I weighed in at 146 this week but I KNOW I am up at least 2lbs by week's end here, as for the first time in a long time, I ate GARBAGE all week. It wasn't a matter of will power, I just didn't care. Pants are fitting tighter and I feel downright sluggish. Yuck! I won't do that again for a long while as my energy level has suffered. After eating so well for so long, I can really feel the awful difference
: (

I went out this afternoon and stocked up on nonfat yogurt, lite string cheese, fresh fruit, veggies, fish, turkey breast and chicken breasts. I made a low fat bean soup and a roasted tomato-red pepper soup, prepped a HUGE bowl of salad and cut up celery, carrots and cukes for lunches and snacks. tomorrow's another day...

I don't weigh again for a couple of weeks but I'll check in.

Tikanis
