Weekly Weigh-In Anyone??

Well, I fell off the wagon :)

Back up to 140, but re-training myself to not eat when I get depressed (and by that I mean lethargic, don't want to clean my house or go to the gym or.... rather than truly depressed) And, my boss likes to go out to eat and have someone go with him, so it's all too tempting to just throw in the towel.

So, weighing in at 140. Mini-goal is 130. Total goal is 125.

My deadline is March, so I have plenty of time.

I was reading a book called Japanese Women don't get Old or Fat and realized that's more the style of how I would eat and would like to eat.

Smaller plates. Drinking more miso. Eating my meats in small portions rather than a large hunk.

I've started taking a scoop of miso and a cut up block of tofu to work in the mornings for a mid-morning energy pick me up. It's around 130 calories total, but it really fills me up for hours and gives me tons of energy. Today I brought some leftover peas and asparagus to put into it too. Probably adds another 30 calories. If I have leftover meat, I'll add a small portion of that as well.

Anyone else want to do the weigh-ins again??
