I lost 60lbs - a bit too much...

Hi! First of all, you have a very nice site! :)
I wanted to tell you about my story: I used to be a bit overweight, around 198lbs, and I started a self controlled diet, and lost 65lbs! But it happened so fast, I lost my appetite, and now my weight is too low - 120lbs.
My advise, don't be too strict, it's not healthy.
My luck is that I found this site, with many advisors that are trying to help me eat right (The link is below the message) Enjoy :)

Great, Mark, but they don't allow unpaid ads on this site.

Sorry, but my problem is real enough :/

Yay! I finally stopped losing weight, and soon I'll start gaining. My current weight is 117lbs...

And I owe it all to my great nutritionists I found in Nutrition.Bitwine.Com!

How did you do it...lose that much. I am the same weight and would love to lose it quickly. I know how to eat healthy now but its getting off that 65 lbs. that I need to do first. Diets that I can stick to just don't seem to work and I have done them all.
