I started with Weightwatchers 12/1/2008 after being told by my doctor I was diabetic. I posted a couple of times on this site but didn't stick with it.

However, I did stick with WW and then joined a gym (Curves). I'm pleased to report that as of my last WW meeting yesterday I've lost 100.6 pounds! I still have about 35 pounds to go. I thought I'd try to get down to about 150 and then reassess my situation to see whether I should lose even more, or just try to maintain. How do others know when they've reached their "ideal" weight?
