I just ordered a heartrate monitor/calorie counter wrist watch (the Mio Shape Select). Anybody have this watch or something similar? Do you like it?
I lost 50 pounds last year using DietPower and think calorie counting is great. But if I'm away from my computer, like on vacation, I can't keep track. Maybe this watch would help. Just wonder how convenient a calorie counting watch is to use, though.
So far, I like the watch a lot. It can compute how many calories I burn during exercise and shows what percentage the exercise heart rate is compared to the maximum heart rate. Very nice.
