Anyone ever hear of 'The Hamptons Diet'?

I never heard of this one before today. There is quite an article about it in this weeks Woman's World magazine.It looked pretty interesting. One thing they use in this diet,is Macnut oil.Looked pretty interesting.

| Is this the same as the SouthBeach diet?---I've heard it called both. Anyway, if it is, there are a few people on the SS thread that have tried it. :) |

It's not the same as SS,but similar. This diet promotes using Macnut Oil,which I'm not familia with. I just heard of this yesterday.
