Anybody ever try the Michael Thurmond program?

I don't know much about it,but I saw the Michael Thurmond program on HSN and was wondering if any of you ever tried it,or if it was a good program.

| Is that Body for Life? I have seen some great results with it but it is not easy. At 50 I would probably keel over dead but if I were 20 - hmmmm maybe. So are you going to buy it? Kathy |
