| I started jogging again and cut back on the "wrong" foods. The first day back on the track, I couldn't do a full lap. Now a little over a week later and I'm up to five laps!!! I can already see results, it's not easy, but it works. It's like Dr. Oz says, "you have to move that body!"
Come on girls, move with me!!! |
