I use big handfuls of spinach or kale, lesser amounts of fresh or frozen fruit, but prefer a few chunks of fresh pineapple and half an unpeeled apple, a sliver of lemon imparts great flavor. Additives typically include ground flax seed, chia, and a protein powder. My liquid choices are water, unsweetened coconut or almond milk. I use the tall drinks as a delicious delivery system for phytonutrients and an energy boost. With the protein powder, the drinks make a healthful meal replacement, but I use mine in addition to my normal healthy diet. I need the extra calories. If you're referring to a Rinnai tankless hot water heater there is no need to do anything when you're traveling away from home. It doesn't have a standing pilot an it doesn't heat water when there is no demand. The exception is if you have a unit which has an integral buffer tank and recirculating pump which maintains a particular temperature in the recirculating loop. In that case, I'd suggest you drop the setpoint temperature as low as it will go.

Kswl, maybe that’s a consolation but her immediate family didn’t see it that way. The same person was provided with a clamshell style cell phone. The hinge broke in one month and after it being shipped back to the carrier, her kid was informed there was no apparent defect and so not covered by warranty. A second of a different brand was provided and it apparently lasted 3 weeks before breaking at the hinge. It turned out she thought clamshell meant you had to grab each side and force it to open just as if one were opening a closed clamshell with a live clam inside.
