I've gained a pound? How? I know muscle weighs more, but still! I'm eatting far less calories and junk. I'm exercising at least 5 days a week. Grrr. I want to see 1 pound gone, not 1 pound more.

Give it a little time...

If you're a girl, could be a cyclical thing.

And if you haven't been exercising previously, your body may be hanging onto water at first.

If you're eating healthy foods and keeping track of calories in/calories out, the scale will move downward...

Maybe you should try losing a few pounds before you actually start the exercising??? That's what I'm doing.
