hypnosis weight loss tape - recommendations?

Hi: Many years ago I had a weight loss tape that was good. It was 30 minutes of relaxation and suggestions that I wanted to "eat healthy food" and didn't want snacks. It got lost. Do you know of a tape that you would recommend? Please let me know where it is available if you do know of a reputable audio tape. Thanks.

Here a tape I bought thru Amazon.

I love the author's voice. It's a ladies voice, the author and is very calming. I bought her stop smoking tape as well. I've been smoke free almost a year. I need to get back and listen to her weigh loss tape. It really calms you.
