High fiber - High Protein

Bread that is.....I just took too hot loaves out of the oven and now I have to figure out how many points in a slice...they are big loaves so I figure probably about 2 points if I slice them into 10 pieces/slices...I put finly chopped walnuts, wheatgerm, flax seed, and poppy seed and oats in with the wholewheat...I used cottage cheese in the mix to up the protein...It smells wonderful and I had a tiny bite and it tasted so good....I love bread and cannot or will not give it up so I am trying to come up with bread that is good...I have yet to find any thing at the grocery store that is great...Our local Albertsons has a WW French type baguette that is pretty good but only 2 grams of fiber...I'd like to duplicate that but with much more fiber...

I have it sliced so that it comes out to one point per slice...works for me.
