I'm new to this forum. I've let myself go for sooo long and now its desperate time. I'm curious as to what some of the abreviations stand for that I don't recognize like SS?

Hi Jackieroo,

SS technically stands for Suzanne Sommers or Sommersizing but we all follow various ways of eating such as weight watchers, you on a diet, etc....please feel free to jump in, regardless of your WOE, we would love to have you!! It's a great group and a wonderful support system.
