I love that show -- "Low Carb & Loving it" .... the recipes at the site you posted are soooo good ! As for milk -- I'm using that Carb Countdown milk by Hood . It's healthy & packed with protein . I was concerned about not enough calcium if I stop drinking milk .... so I take a supplement.

I love that show too if I ever remember when to watch it.
Thanks for mentioning that milk. I will have to see if I can find it and get it. I see milk advertised on TV by Atkins now. |

And I tried that milk by hood and LOVE it. I like the blue container better than the green one.
