Hello all can someone give me a little info about the almased synergy diet. I was just introduced to it today and before i purchase i would like to get some feed back from you all. i'm a little confused on how to use the product.

    I don't actually know anything about the product, but have a general opinion about purchased diets, crash diets, HCG diets, supplements etc.

    The idea of using this type of program is.
    1. I am unable to control my weight by an ordinary program of healthy eating, exercise and meal planning, so
    2. I use the product to lose a spccific amount of weight, after which,
    3. I will control my weight by an ordinary program of healthy eating, exercise and meal planning.

    Do you see the problem there?
