Weekly weigh-in 5/26/10

Come on now, Ladies. If we're going to have a weigh-in let's do it right.

Last week's results:
Harold 179/-1/175
Tikanis 149/0/138 (We won't hold you to the 135 just yet)
Ivamae 153/-1/145
Wodka 158.8/-1/150
Silversword 137/-1/125

Now for this week's results

Harold 180/+1/175

I picked the first stuff out of the garden the other day - some leaf lettuce and a few scallions - and made myself a salad. Delicious.

Thanks, Harold, for starting this. I weighed yeserday and am now back up to 154. Gained 1 pound - shucks. Hope to do better next week.

I know this is a lot of work for either you or silversword but is much appreciated and really does help keep me motivated. I'm sure all the others appreciate the efort you make to help us all.

Sorry, Harold. I posted my "confession" under Ivamae's post yesterday. I'm up a little bit - 159. But doing better today. Had a good, sweaty walk both yesterday and today - over 5 miles each day. Plus, I know the deer flies drained a few pounds off of me - ha!

We need a task master, Harold! Lol!

I don't weigh in for 2 more weeks, but wanted to show support for those who did. I have been eating right, packing healthy lunches, having a good breakfast and writing down everything I eat. For me, it's all in the planning

I went out and bought a new pair of jeans, size 9!! I couldn't believe it. Sure feels great!

Here's to a successful week for all of us!
