I have a new diet buddy!

| I took the dog to the vet for his annual shots and was told he has gained 2.8 lbs. since last year. He has to go on a diet! At least I won't be alone now! I was surprised to get on the scale this morning and see another 3 lbs. gone! It is now officially 20 lbs. lost. I can see the light! I spent the entire day out in the garden and will pay for it tomorrow I'm sure! Going now to have some pork kabobs, sauteed mushrooms and steamed greeen beans. Have a great week everyone. |

Best to look after you pal too! Congrats on your loss to date!
BTW - my Mom told me there has been incredible heat wave on and off - she is in Ottawa. DH's brother got 24 cm of snow last few days in Calgary...
What next?

| Hi Mush - my dog gained 5 lbs over the winter when he did not get out for as many walks (and we know who walks with him). Good for you losing those pounds! Kathy |
