I used to do weight watchers about 2 years ago and did really well.....got lazy and quit. I want to start counting points again but not going to the meetings this time. I know they have changed the points system again and was wondering what the changes were...anyone know?

TIA...

Hi Vikki!
You are allowed a certain number of points per day, depending on your weight right now. Then you have an additional 35 points per week that you can use if you need them. That helps if you plan to go out on the weekend or something.
I have the book at home that gives you the number of points for each day and will post that info for you tonight unless someone else can do it before me.

I just found a thread here at the Diet Club that has some good WW info, plus Sugar has listed the points/weight chart.
A WW thread
