Are eggsbeaters ok for the diet or is it better to use real eggs?
It is very inspirational to hear so many people doing so well on their diets! |

| As far as I know, eggbeaters are real eggs....just egg whites and preservatives but here is my problem with them....they are way to expensive...I can buy eggs usually at a loss leader price and if you compare the cost of real eggs to the number of equalivent eggs....geesh they are expensive....yes more convenient but how long does it take to crack a few eggs and toss the yolk and shell in the trash..and then you just also get pure egg white and no add ins.... |
