I just started weight watchers a week ago today. I go in tonight for my first weight in since I started. I think I did pretty good. We shall soon see!
I have noticed that there are quite a few people on this forum that belong to Weight Watchers. Would it be possible to keep a thread going on everyone's experience and successes. It think it would be nice to trade tips and hints back and forth..Heaven know's I need them! :-) |
