| I started following the Hay Diet (that's Dr. Hay, not dried grass) this weekend after researching his material on it and Edgar Cayce's similar directives, and then I discovered that the Suzanne Somers diet is almost exactly the same as Hay's. (He doesn't refer to sugar and white flour as "Funky Foods," however.)
Anyway, I was wondering if any of you are doing something similar. Perhaps the "SS" I see in so many posts stands for SomerSizing? Thanks,

| I'm not currently doing food combining, but I did and I felt great. I used the guidelines promoted by Marilu Henner. Actually, I'm doing a cleanse that is vegetarian...so I am still following it, but I will add meat eventually and I'm not sure if I will still separate foods or not. |
