It's been years and years, and I suppose I need to buy the book again -- which of the books do you like best and why?
As to yogurt, even fat-free sugar-free fruit yogurts (e.g, Danon Light & Fit) are not allowed on level one? How about those without fruit (e.g, vanilla)? |

| It's been a long time for me too, but I don't see why a fat-free, sugar-free yogurt would not be OK on level 1 as a carb meal, unless it had real fruit in it. Fruit is supposed to be eaten alone, 30 minutes or more before a carb meal. So if it's just fruit flavored, not real fruit chunks in it, it might be OK. I don't see how that would be different from skim milk, which is treated like a carb, right? |
