Any kind of snacks - chips, cookies, chocolate...I don't buy any of it, and desserts are made only for one meal, and only enough for the people there...no more, no leftovers. :-)

Regular Pepsi, my regular PEPSIIIIIISSS! I have decided that I can't have any in the house. If I occasionally want one----it has to be one small one while we're out or if DH brings it home----one small one.

Jelly beans, Snickers (especially when you throw them in the freezer!) and M&M's!

Doughnuts, cheesecake, and type of cook chicken dish with lots of fattening cream type sauces, like chicken tettrizini, etc or fettucine alfredo or spaghetti carbonara. Oh'm getting so hungry just talking about it.

I'd kill for a regular Pepsi right now. It's almost been to the point where I've convinced myself that I CAN have Pepsi----I'll just quit eating anything else and take vitamins. LOL I'm sick, I tall ya!! I'm sick!

So many things-chocolate; cake, pie, cookies, potato chips. Lend me your willpower, I'm just lurking on the forum, I have to lose at least 20 lbs, 30 would be better due to some health problems. It's been really hard, because knee, foot, ankle, and some other problems make aerobic exercise almost impossible without spending months in physical therapy afterward. I do have a treadmill, and I also walk the dog about 3 miles a day, but this weight will not come off! I am a sweet freak, and I've been on WW in the past, unsuccessfully; I am on the road for work, daytrips, and often, in order to use a restroom, I have to buy something at a place, and the choices are not always lo cal. I feel terrible, ugly, miserable....

CindyBelle you are not terrible or ugly (and I won't believe it if you say it again either!) but you might just be miserable. Did you see the guy on tv who ate McDonald's food for a month? Aside from gaining 25 pounds he was physically miserable and became depressed from all the fatty food. I am sending big big hugs to you!!!! You have a great challenge wanting to diet and traveling. I wish I had the answers for you. I gain weight looking at a cookie! Maybe you should try WW again - the points system seems to be working for many here. Take it one step at a time and don't beat yourself up for slip-ups - we all have them Anyway good luck to you and big hugs (again!) Stick around. We care...

Now on a lighter note - Yellowhair I am craving a frozen coke and if I can't have one you better skip that Pepsi too!!

When I read the posts I get hungry so maybe this was not such a good idea but it lets us see why we gained weight in the first place. Lots of chocolate cravings going on!! I guess that is a female thing and wonder if it has anything to do with hormones - hmmmm

Pastry. I can walk by chocolate, most cakes and cookies or at least have a serving and be done with it...but strudels, danish and butterhorns have a magnetic attraction to me and I can't stop at just one.
