Volumetrics

Has anyone tried this diet plan? My hubby (who is finally deciding that he needs to lose weight) thinks that he would like to try this one. I need more info on this one. I hate to think that if he tries this and it is just another "fad" one and doesn't work, he will just give up and not try another plan.

RE: Volumetrics

Hi Annahe - we're not ignoring you. I'm still researching this diet.

Volumetrics

The Volumetrics diet is a restricted calorie diet that allows fruits, vegetables, pasta, oatmeal, soups, salads, lean meats, poultry, seafood and dairy. High fat food and "dry" foods like crackers, pretzels, and popcorn are restricted. It is low in saturated fat and provides an ample amount of fruits and vegetables..

Been surfing the net with 'diet volumetrics review'. You may want to google that phrase to find results. It sounds good to me - can he limit the restricted foods?

Found more information at the link too.

Your husband is more than welcome to join us for support on our weekly support thread if he needs encouragement.

Cheers,
Peggy
