Critique my diet

Well being a bodybuilder I've been on an almost pure protein/carbs diet up until now, add to that puberty, has done wonders to my skin. So I've done some research on the best sources of vitamin and minerals and come up with this to add to my daily diet:

1 carrot (vitamin a)

1 potato, 3 bananas (vitamin b)

1 broccoli, 1 red bell pepper, 2 kiwifruit, strawberries (vitamin c)

1 tspn cod liver oil (vitamin d)

Almonds, Hazelnuts,peanuts (vitamin e)

Any suggestions/additions? Do you think it will work? Thanks in advance
