| My name is PJ. I am running a 1/2 marathon for children with leukemia. I have to exercise to be in shape/burn calories so I thought it would be a win/win situation to run for Team in Training. Coaches(walking,running,cycles or triathalon) provide coaching,nutrition,injury prevention and equipment information. Most of the ladies in my group are running or walking.... Triathalon sounds a bit intimidating! Maybe later!People who've never exercised (or it's been so long they can't remember that far back!) have raved about this program. PJ |
