restaurant meals

Anybody know where to find calorie counts (also fat content) for those restaurants that won't provide it? Recently I wrote to IHOP (International House of Pancakes) asking about calories and fat for a meal I just had (Swedish Pancakes - or do they call them Swedish Crepes?) there. I was told they can't (far as I am concerned, they won't) provide it. We all know that restaurants know how much of everything they put on a plate, so there is no good reason not to make the information available. Of, yes there is: they don't want us to know how many calories are in a plate of food.

Any ideas?
