Had an awesome cookie at a Xmas party last night. It was a dark chocolate cookie that had a rather crispy "crust" but was soft and chewy inside. It was extremely rich and had either skor bits or heath bar bits. It definitely was the hit of the party and the baker would not part with the recipe other than to say it had quite a bit of chocolate and that the recipe made about 18 large cookies. anybody have such a recipe?
