RECIPE: Frozen pineapple dessert

Posted by lesliep (My Page) on

My mother-in-law made this dessert in the 60's, but would not share her recipe. I know it had crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows. I think she melted the mallows in the pineapple syrup. She froze it in ice cube trays. It was very smooth and creamy. When I have tried this it was not the same. What am I missing?
