| Hi,
Hope everyone is fine. I am l@@king for an icing for cookies that hardens enough to eat without making a mess. I believe royal icing is what I need. Any suggestions or recipes welcomed. Thanks, Happy Holidays. Sapphires |

| Royal icing will set nice and hard, Sapphires. One thing to remember when you're working with royal icing is to keep the bowl covered with either plastic wrap or a damp cloth while you're not using it as it dries out and sets quite quickly. |
