| 1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Orange Marmalade 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice 1 Pack (12 oz.) Cranberries (fresh or frozen), chopped 2 Cups Raspberries or Strawberries (fresh or frozen) 2 Med. Apples, sliced Combine sugar, marmalade and lemon juice, mix well. Stir in cranberries, rasp. or straw. and apples. Cover and refrig. For gift, place in glass jar and add recipe and pretty ribbon. Great on toast, muffins, crackers, etc. |

| It would need to be refrigerated for storage. There's not enough sugar and there's no cooking. Seems like there should be, aren't the apples a little hard? Nancy |
