Some of you may remember a fruitcake sold by Merita years ago. It was a light fruitcake sold by Merita but baked I believe by American Bakeries in Atlanta Ga. What I'd like to know is if anyone happens to have the recipe, It was light with mostly cherries and nuts and some type of clear sugar glaze coating. It was the ONLY fruitcake I've ever liked so of course it's not sold anymore. At least in our area. Thanks for help, tips or leads on my elusive cake!
