| We used to have a Dunkin Donuts in our town about 15 years ago. They had macaroons that were not the soft, chewy kind but more of a "hard" cookie. One of the local bakeries here also makes them like that. Does anyone have a recipe like this?
Every year we try to add a new cookie to our list of cookies we give out for the holidays. Everyone in my family loves coconut, so I thought this might be a good one.
