LOOKING for: Coconut Cookie that's not chewy (dunkin donuts?)

Posted by aka_margo (My Page) on

We used to have a Dunkin Donuts in our town about 15 years ago. They had macaroons that were not the soft, chewy kind but more of a "hard" cookie. One of the local bakeries here also makes them like that. Does anyone have a recipe like this?

Every year we try to add a new cookie to our list of cookies we give out for the holidays. Everyone in my family loves coconut, so I thought this might be a good one.

I don't have one I've tried but have had great results from LandoLakes cookie recipes. Check out the one below & see if it sounds similar.

Here is a link that might be useful: Crisp Coconut Cookies
