| I posted this on "Desserts" Forum also. Tried Googling it but though there was a huge number of recipes--No Impossible Vanilla Pie. Anyone have the recipe? I would appreciate it. Annieil |

| Don't know if this is close, but there seems to be a bunch of them like this that call for coconut. Maybe you could leave it out? IMPOSSIBLE PIE 4 eggs, well beaten Mix sugar and flour, add beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top--about 35 minutes. Makes its own crust. |
