Is there such a thing?
I've recently had a cookie that was a sugar cookie, but more like a shortbread..Does this make sense?
Anyone know what texture I'm talking about?
Anyone have a recipe?

Sables are like that. The site below is the best I've found. Never had a problem with any recipe from it.
