LOOKING for: chocolate chip recipe that doesn't go flat.....

Posted by katmeg (My Page) on

Hi! I love baking cookies! But my chocolate chip cookies always turn out flat! I use real butter....tried cooling the baking sheets between cooking......

Does anyone have a good recipe for chocolate chip cookies?

Thank you!

Cathy :-)

There are lots of good chocolate chip recipes posted here. Just enter "chocolate chip" in the search box & select this forum. Below is a trouble-shooting guide for flat cookies that might help also.

The chocolate chip cookie recipe posted by DanaIN on the flat chocolate chip cookies thread is a GOOD recipe. It might be my favorite yet. I think the egg yolk helps to keep the cookies moist.
