LOOKING for: Gingerbread loaf cake

| Has anyone tasted Starbuck's Gingerbread cake with cream cheese frosting? It is delicious.....Of course they don't give out their recipes but I know someone out there must have an equally delicious version. It is very moist, and has very finely chopped crystalized ginger in the batter. It is the color of gingerbread but not heavily spiced. Garnished with larger pieces of ginger. Thank you in advance. This is baked in a large loaf pan but I am sure it would do fine in a bundt pan or even a 13x9x2 pan. It would probably be fine eaten out of the bowl. LOL |
