Just tried your lemon squares.Inspite of my mistakes they are delicous.My dough was like play dough.Is that what it's suppossed to be like,sure wasn't easy to sprinkle on top.Any suggestions as I was asked to bring them to our Xmas party.

Yep, that's the way it's supposed to be.
:o) Guess sprinkle wasn't the word.
Just crumble the dough as best as you can over the top. OR you can get your pastry blender to make smaller crumbs, just a thought. |

The pastry blender worked.Thank You.They were a hit at our Xmas party.A lady asked if it was possible to make a chocolate version.Any ideas on making choc.cream cheese.
