something like
1 box low fat cake prepared according to directions
1 pkd fat free pudding prepared with skim or non fat mil
1 8 oz ctr of fat free cool whip

i believe you beat the cool whip into the prepared pudding and poured into a large bowl. then you break the cake in pieces and stir in. you can top with dollops of fat free cool whip.

does this sound right? seems like i left something out. i have been asked to make this for a get together coming up and cant find my copy
