Chocolate Cookie Dough Pie

1 18oz. tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
2 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
5 1.4oz. chocolate-covered toffee candy*, divided

Press cookie dough into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and
3 crumbled candy bars*. Pour over top of cookie dough.
Bake uncovered @ 325* for 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Sprinkle top with remaining 2 crumbled candy bars*.
Keep pie chilled until ready to serve. Serves 8.

Do NOT attempt to eat this before it is thoroughly chilled, you will be dissappointed if you do. It is to die for when it is chilled; sort of like a cheese cake. enjoy!
* I used part of a bag of almond toffee chips; they're in the baking section next to the chocolate chips at the grocery store.
