gailc, my mom has made this cake for me since I was a kid. I always ask for it on my birthday.
I think it might be the recipe that you were asking about on another thread.

Lemon Jello Cake

Beat together for 10 min.
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz) lemon jello
4 whole eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water

Bake in a greased 13x9x2 pan at 375 degrees
for 30 to 35 min.
when cake is done, remove from oven and punch full of holes with large serving fork all the way to the bottom of the pan. Pour icing over immediatly.

Icing
make ahead
1 cup lemon juice
5 cups powdered sugar
(icing can be heated)
Broil until icing bubbles.

didn't realize it was so easy, think I might go make one for myself lol.

after posting the recipe yesterday, I just had to make it too lol, it was pretty good, although it turns out better when my mom makes it, I think it's just the mom factor though lol.
