It's not really my recipe, rather I made it w/Turkey Hill ice cream, and also choco-bits w/oil.

But it's an idea, which I posted elsewhere online.

Your welcome :)

If only Edy's made ice cream bon bons with coffee ice cream, then (if you liked the coffee taste) you could make SUNKEN CAFE by first thawing vanilla ice cream in fridge awhile, then folding in coffee bon bons.
