LOOKING for: Frozen Yogurt Smoothie bars

I'm hoping there's a recipe to take lite fruit yogurt and add some more fruit to make my own diet popsicles. Other recipes to make diet frozen fruit bars and/or fudgcicles would be great too. I used to make juice pops for my kids long ago and haven't a clue how I did it. I think I used frozen juice concentrate as the base because simply freezing juice was pretty tasteless. Got any ideas? I am willing to experiment. I'm trying to keep the calories under 100 per serving. If there's another site I should check out, please point me. Now I'm going to search for popcicle molds too! How's that for faith in this forum!
Thanks!

Also check the recipe for the other yogurt popsicle recipe listed at the site below which just uses juice & yogurt.

RE: LOOKING for: Fudgesicle

Here's a fudgesicle recipe using yogurt (I assume could be low-fat yogurt & skim milk.)

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Ginger!
I'm trying to lose weight and eat healthier. Lite Yogurt adds calcium & protein to my diet but it gets boring day after day. I can't wait to try these recipes. I'm off to order the popcicle molds now!
